Colour Binder is a water-based acrylic emulsion sealer. It assists in sealing off the substrates while displaying excellent hiding power with its pigmented coating layer.

It is used as a sealer to seal off substrates completely. Suitably for surface of concrete, plaster, masonry, brickwork, asbestos board, hard and soft boards.

Application Methods
1) Brush / Roller Dilute with 0-10% water if necessary
